What we collect

Polli processes the information needed to answer your business calls: caller phone numbers, call audio and transcripts, the details callers share (name, callback number, job description), and the configuration you give your assistant (services, hours, pricing). Your account information (name, email, business details, billing) is handled through our authentication and payment providers.

Call recording & disclosure

Calls answered by Polli include a recording disclosure by default. Transcripts are retained for the period configured on your account (30 days by default) and then deleted automatically.

How we use it

Call data is used solely to provide the service to your business: answering calls, capturing leads, sending you summaries, and showing call history in your dashboard. We do not sell personal information or use your call data to advertise to your callers.

Service providers

We use vetted infrastructure providers to deliver the service — telephony carriers, speech model providers, hosting, authentication, and payment processing — each bound to process data only on our instructions.

Your choices

You can turn forwarding off at any time, adjust transcript retention, or delete your account by contacting hello@callpolli.com. We'll delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except records we must keep for legal or billing purposes.
